Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery destination.

• Delivery to cities within the United Arab Emirates: 30 AED.
• Delivery to the Western Region of the UAE: 50 AED.
• International delivery: 120 AED.

The applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout based on the delivery location provided by the customer.

International Orders

Alyal ships internationally to supported destinations. International shipping is charged at 120 AED.

Delivery times for destinations outside the UAE may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs processing, local delivery network and other factors.

Where an estimated delivery period for a particular international destination is available, it may be displayed during checkout or communicated by our customer service team.

Business Days

Delivery estimates are stated in business days and may not include weekends, public holidays or other non-working days applicable to Alyal, the courier provider or the destination country.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or busy periods may begin processing on the next available business day.

Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed, Alyal will prepare the order for dispatch.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, order volume, destination and other operational factors.

Customers should ensure that all order and delivery information is correct before completing the purchase.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

This includes:

• Full name of the recipient.
• Correct mobile number.
• Complete delivery address.
• City, region and country.
• Any additional address information reasonably required for successful delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.

Courier Companies

Alyal may use third-party courier, logistics and delivery companies to deliver customer orders.

Information necessary to complete the delivery, including the recipient’s name, mobile number and delivery address, may be shared with the delivery provider.

This information is provided for order fulfilment and delivery purposes.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated periods, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside Alyal’s reasonable control.

These may include:

• Courier or logistics delays.
• Public holidays or non-working days.
• High order volumes or peak shopping periods.
• Weather or transportation disruptions.
• Customs inspections or clearance procedures.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
• Difficulty contacting the recipient.
• Events outside the reasonable control of Alyal or the courier company.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in Alyal’s 120 AED international shipping fee and may be payable separately by the recipient.

Customs rules and charges vary between countries. Customers are encouraged to check the requirements applicable in their destination country before ordering.

Failed Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact the customer using the mobile number provided with the order to arrange or complete delivery.

Customers should ensure that they are reachable and that the delivery address is accessible.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer cannot be contacted, refuses the delivery, provides an incorrect address or otherwise prevents successful delivery, additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend checking the package when it is received and contacting Alyal customer service promptly if there is an obvious issue with the delivery or product.

For manufacturing defects, damaged products or obvious problems with a product upon receipt, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Requests relating to qualifying product issues must be submitted within 3 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal rights.

Changes to Delivery Details

If you notice an error in your delivery information after placing an order, please contact Alyal as soon as possible.

We will try to assist where possible. However, once an order has been prepared, dispatched or handed to the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address or recipient information.

Policy Updates

Alyal may update this Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in delivery services, rates, supported destinations or business operations.

The latest version of the policy published on our website will apply to future orders.
